Beginning on June 22, 2022, come hang out on Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm for 15 Mins of 

Abs and Core exercise. The mood? Soul Music.

Workouts are every day for three days for  30 minutes.  Live and Recorded to use for 24 hours.  Workouts Virtual via ZOOM.
