Thank you for stopping by. I am Shera, and feeling healthy, fit and strong is my passion. Sometimes you can't do it alone; therefore, I like to say that "I like to meet people where they are and give a little direction" I specialize in helping busy women and men from all walks of life and moms/families and diseased prevention individuals. I provide health coaching and personal and group training in Chicago and online nationwide to promote wellness. I want to educate and train people where ever they are in life in simple and effective ways to live happier and healthier lives. This is done by providing simple, fun ways to start shopping, preparing healthy foods, and learning to get up and move and start enjoying life! When was the last time you played in the snow? Let me help and teach you how to start living again—my Fit Over Fifty series.
