This twelve-week health coaching program for women 50 years old and older can be an effective way to support you in navigating the challenges and changes associated with perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, career, diet, exercise, fitness, health, sex, social norms, retirement, and motivation.

Women over 50 who feel disconnected from themselves, lack confidence, and are unsure of their purpose in life. They may have experienced significant life changes such as retirement, divorce, or empty-nesting and feel lost and uncertain of what's next. They may also feel isolated and need more community and support.
